Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Written notification, sent to panagiotis@globalevents.gr is required for any cancellation or change to your Accommodation. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the postmark on the notice of cancellation):
Up to and including March 15th 2024: full refund less 100€ administration fees
From March 16th 2024 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the exhibition minus the Bank charges
